I am pregnant , with two 8 year old girls as well..dad left without a word in April… need help paying house payment and buying clothes for children! Please help… I’m not sure how much more I can take… I am working, and looking for a second job.. but don’t think anyone wants to hire s pregnant person. Anything would help. Thank you so much.

We are two older women running a small, all-natural dryland farm in New Mexico. We raise rare and endangered breeds of heritage turkeys, chickens, geese, guinea fowl, exotic pheasants, peafowl and rare pigeons. We also raise about 500 varieties of iris and lots of uncommon nursery stock.

With the cost of feed skyrocketing, we are having a very difficult time maintaining the birds. Every scrap of our revenue from sales and feather crafts currently goes to feed. We can no longer maintain our buildings or equipment and they are deteriorating with no hope of repair. We are also trying to start raising as many of our grain and forage crops as possible for the birds, but this requires a capital outlay for fencing, seed, infrastructure for watering, etc.

I’ve been a SAHM for 8 years to 4 children. My controlling and verbally abusive husband filed for divorce and is attempting to get sole custody of our children by crushing me with legal fees including a $1750 social study that involves a full psych evaluation which is due by Jan 10th. To date, he has spent $40,000 in his attempt to get custody of our children. I have exhausted all my resources trying to pay my lawyers. I am looking for a job but being out of work for 8 years and in this economy it has been very difficult. I love my children. Please help me.

Sixteen years ago I was struck with severe rheumatoid arthritis. Because it didn’t show up in my blood work, I lost my private insurance and was forced onto social assistance. I had been one of the first female licensed mechanics in my city and I had gotten in to debt buying tools. I was just beginning to earn real money when I collapsed on the job.

Since then I’ve lived in constant pain, which at times has driven to me the verge of suicide, and bouts of serious depression. I lost so much- my health, my income, my loved activities, and a certain amount of friends, along with my self-esteem as I gained 60 lbs. on cortisone. The ongoing cortisone and narcotic use has cause serious stomach ailments, and life-threatening central sleep apnea. I take an average of 18 pills a day without which I would be totally bedridden.

I can’t turn to my family- my elderly parents are already caring for my severely autistic, non verbal sister who displays self-destructive, obsessive and sometimes violent behavior. They are 77 and 87 respectively and both have dangerous aortic aneurysms. They are wonderful kind and gentle people but they can’t handle anything else.

I have tried for so long to think of ways to raise money- I get $1,040. /month and my rent is $600, my credit card $250, utilities $150, transportation $60- and as you can see, there’s nothing left for food. Our food banks have restrictions on how many times they can be used.

I have wanted to give up so many times. I am near there now. I can’t sleep at night for fear and worry of what will become of me. I don’t want to burden anyone else- they do their best to help me, but I don’t have any rich friends or family.

I’ve had 12 surgeries, 4 artificial joints, and am waiting for at least 3 more in the near future. My body continues to disintegrate.

This is probably yet another exercise in futility, but I’m desperate to get out from under my debt so I can just get by. Am I grasping at empty space or is someone out there who could help?

Started a new job, but I don’t get my first check until March. I need to come up with $550 by Tuesday Feb 15th. for my rent.I just started a new job. I have been training for the last two weeks, but because of where I fall in the pay cycle, I don’t get my first paycheck until March 2nd.

I am two months behind on my Lot payment, (I live in a mobile home park) and received a 5 day notice dated for the 14th of this month. I have to pay a total of $955, and I have all of it but the $550. I am afraid that if I cannot come up with this money, they will start court proceedings on the 15th. My fear with going to court is that I will have to take the time off from my new job and also have to pay court fees.

I am a 50 year old woman who worked Extremely hard beside her husband for over 21 years. We had Nothing when we started out , I worked three jobs till his business became successful and continued to work beside him throughout our marriage. Our daughter became ill with a life threatening blood disorder and we spent the next six years in and out of Children’s Hospital and going to medical conventions to find a cure. We were told the dr. who diagnosed her that he who had been in practice for over 35 years that he couldn’t even count the cases on one hand that he had seen. So I spent all my time trying to get her better and went through many clinical trials that were very toxic for her. i also helped other children get the help they needed after I was able to contact the World Experts in the field. During this time the Stress affected our marriage greatly. We went to couples counseling for years, and he just sat in that room and lied about everything. He eventually walked out and I found out he was hiring High End Prostitutes XXX Porn stars for sex. He even wrote poetry about them!!! He does not care one Bit about us me and my daughter, we have been in Divorce Court for 4 years now and he is fighting over nothing, we have a house that I am About to lose, I cannot refinance because of his bad credit and mine about to go bad. I work Every Day trying to make the bills and have done a decent job up until now. I don’t qualify for a Loan Modification because I work from home, I have always been responsible and made my payments…I have spent Thousands in legal fees because he is unwilling to just be fair and settle. He wants to take me down. I have tried to be reasonable and work with him…I have no family to support me Emotionally or Financially…I am at the End of my Ropes. If someone out there who has Been in a Similar position and could spare ANYTHING to help me help myself I would Greatly Appreciate It. I was then in a relationship with a man that at first presented himself that he would Do Anything to Try to Help me out who I was there for him when he was Diagnosed with Cancer and was the Only person from his family including his son who didn’t come to help him and he Ended up Beating Me. So on top of Everything Else I am a Victim of Domestic Violence and have been trying to reach out for counseling and it seems the services are limited and no one seems to be able to help me get the Help I need, they keep rescheduling appointments because they have too little help and little funding.I Do try to help myself everyday but it’s just my business is down and I am Not making it. I am in a Desperate Position.

I just lost my job a couple of months ago due to the ongoing global financial crisis and to make matters worse I’ve been a victim of an online scam and now I am about $30,000 in debt and I still have bills (credit cards and banks loans).

I’ve been struggling with depression and have been suicidal a few times. I’ve been talking to a counselor regarding my depression and now I just need help with my finances.

We have 4 generation under one roof from age 2 to 83. Lets start from the beginning shall we My mother was diagnosed with brain cancer back in 2007 and i went to stay with her during her treatments. At this time i lived in A farm house that is over 100 years old and i hired a contractor to redo my roof, basic stuff right? Well it turns out that paying upfront is a bad plan and the contractor left the roof off of my home and ran off with the money. When i returned to my home months later i was devastated to find that the entire back of the home had all the ceiling caved in a black mold had run ramped. i moved into a small mobile home with my daughter and her husband. Soon after I moved in the first grand baby was born and the mobile home seemed smaller everyday. when they discovered they were expecting the second grand baby we knew we had to do something. The mobile home was old, parts of the floor had started giving out and we discovered mold around most of the leaky windows. I took out a loan on the property surround my condemned home and helped them buy a new 3 bedroom modular home. Everything was going great we all had space and it was free of mold. During this time my mother was becoming healthier by the day but the cancer had left her with memory issues and living on her own was becoming more of a struggle. My daughter gladly let her move in with us. My mother had worked in a nursing home for many years and she could not bear the thought of being put in one and we had promised her a long time ago that we would do whatever we could to keep her from living in one. All was going well myself and my son in law had good jobs and my daughter started her own essential oil business. If you can’t tell already we are very caring and compassionate people. Over Christmas we sponsored 13 children in need, we donate to the local battered women’s shelter and collect box tops to help Joplin rebuild their schools. little did we know my son in law was loosing his job and benefits come Feb 3. He is the main source of income for us all and his money always paid the mortgage and other living expenses. We have always been the ones to help but us asking for help in a new experience. We need help to keep the home so many live in. Any help would go to pay the debt on our home and to help keep our heads above water until we are financial able to do it on our own again. Hello, my name is James and I am a mid-forties man who is trying to help his girlfriend through a very tough time in her life. She recently left an abusive relationship with a couple of kids and is trying very hard to survive.
