We need your help to save our grandmother’s house. She inherited the house from her sister who passed away the past fall. Her sister had taken out a reverse mortgage loan the year before, but believed that she had signed on our grandmother so that the loan would continue in her name. We have found out that the loan never changed over and now she has to come up with $60,000 or loose the house. We received an extension this past spring and have been working on getting the house refinanced to no success. The deadline for foreclosure is coming up in November and we need all the help we can get! Please help! This house has been in the family for many years and our grandmother has nowhere else to go.
