This service will continue as long as you renew your listing each month. My-Friend-In-Need.Com can, at its discretion, edit or refuse to post any wording we receive from you. We will not post anything to your web site that a reasonable person would consider profane, offensive, or sexual in content.
A valid PayPal account is required to use this site to receive donations. My-Friend-In-Need.Com cannot guarantee and does not promise any amounts of contributions as these are factors out of our control. We will take the necessary steps to make sure our web site is seen on the Internet and pages are submitted to search engines.
If you put your name, address or any other personal or identifying information on your web site, you do so at your own risk. We highly recommend that you do not post a mailing address unless it is a PO Box. We also strongly suggest that you do not use your permanent personal e-mail address for your Paypal button. In addition, we advise that you not include a phone number of any kind. We strictly prohibit spamming by e-mail, newsgroups, or other means. Spamming is defined as the sending of unsolicited e-mail or sending messages to news groups promoting your web site.
My-Friend-In-Need.Com cannot prevent others from using the e-mail address in your Paypal button for purposes other than the donating of money. Although unsolicited e-mail is forbidden, we have no control over others abusing this function. My-Friend-In-Need.Com is not responsible for any outside parties that may contact you for any reason, including disreputable people who may try to extort money from you. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate e-mail address for use with your Paypal account. Our instructions recommend that you use a free e-mail account available at Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, Gmail, or another free e-mail site for this purpose. My-Friend-In-Need.Com is not liable for any e-mail you receive at the e-mail address used on your web site or Paypal button, nor the consequences associated with its abuse by outside parties.
Once your donation site has been sset up, we cannot refund any of your fees or payments; however, you are free to cancel your site at any time.
Due to Florida regulations, no members may accept donations from Florida residents and Florida residents may not sign up for a donation site.
